include-- (i) a representation of the design as registered under the Registered Designs Act 1949; (ii) a certificate confirming registration of the design issued by the Registrar of the United Kingdom Designs Registry; (iii) a certified copy of an entry in, or a certified extract from, the United Kingdom Designs Registry, stating the full name of the proprietor of the design immediately preceding the application; and (iv) such other information, documents or matter as may be required by the rules; and発音を聞く 例文帳に追加
