With regard to the Conclusion of a Technology Introduction Contract, etc. Pertaining to a Notification Pursuant to the Provisions of the Old Act for which the period in which the Conclusion of a Technology Introduction Contract, etc. shall not be conducted has been extended pursuant to the provision of Article 30, paragraph 1 or 3 of the Old Act, for which the period has not expired at the time of enforcement of this Act, the provisions of the New Act shall apply, deeming that a notification has been given pursuant to the provision of Article 30, paragraph 1 of the New Act on the date of the notification and that the period in which the Conclusion of a Technology Introduction Contract shall not be conducted has been extended pursuant to the provision of paragraph 3 or 6 of the said article.発音を聞く 例文帳に追加
