1. A vegan or vegetarian meatloaf made without meat.

     I’m still thinking about meatloaf, only without the meat. Meatless loaf, Jayme calls it, which I think is a pretty good name, suggesting as it does the origin of the dish while simultaneously denying its original main ingredient. I would have probably come up with something like “tofu loaf.” Which, let us admit it, sounds terrible.
