第一条　裁判外紛争解決手続の利用の促進に関する法律（以下「法」という。）第二条第一号ただし書の政令で定める裁判外紛争解決手続は、次に掲げるものとする。例文帳に追加

二　特許、実用新案、意匠、商標、回路配置若しくは特定不正競争に関する事件又は著作物（著作権法（昭和四十五年法律第四十八号）第二条第一項第一号に規定する著作物をいう。以下同じ。）に関する権利に関する事件の裁判外紛争解決手続（裁判外紛争解決手続の利用の促進に関する法律（平成十六年法律第百五十一号）第一条に規定する裁判外紛争解決手続をいう。以下この号において同じ。）であって、これらの事件の裁判外紛争解決手続の業務を公正かつ適確に行うことができると認められる団体として経済産業大臣が指定するものが行うものについての代理例文帳に追加

二　指定紛争解決機関が存在しない場合　銀行業務に関する苦情処理措置（顧客からの苦情の処理の業務に従事する使用人その他の従業者に対する助言若しくは指導を第五十二条の七十三第三項第三号に掲げる者に行わせること又はこれに準ずるものとして内閣府令で定める措置をいう。）及び紛争解決措置（顧客との紛争の解決を認証紛争解決手続（裁判外紛争解決手続の利用の促進に関する法律（平成十六年法律第百五十一号）第二条第三号に規定する認証紛争解決手続をいう。）により図ること又はこれに準ずるものとして内閣府令で定める措置をいう。）例文帳に追加

第七条　総合法律支援の実施及び体制の整備に当たっては、国、地方公共団体、弁護士会、日本弁護士連合会及び隣接法律専門職者団体、弁護士、弁護士法人及び隣接法律専門職者、裁判外紛争解決手続（裁判外紛争解決手続の利用の促進に関する法律（平成十六年法律第百五十一号）第一条に規定する裁判外紛争解決手続をいう。第三十条第一項第六号及び第三十二条第三項において同じ。）を行う者、被害者等の援助を行う団体その他の者並びに高齢者又は障害者の援助を行う団体その他の関係する者の間における連携の確保及び強化が図られなければならない。例文帳に追加
