適商品質条件の英語

登録標章の所有者は，第三者が当該標章所有者，使用権者又はその他適正な権限を与えられた者が何れかの国の国内市場で販売した又は合法的に市場に置いたそれらの者の標章使用商品に関して当該標章を使用することを禁止する権利を有さない。ただし，それら商品の性質が市場化の過程で変容されていないことを条件とする。例文帳に追加
