In this case, the term "an entity that intends to carry out labor recruitment" in Article 37 paragraph 2 of the same Act shall be deemed to be replaced with "an entity that intends to engage in recruitment of workers by making a notification referred to in Article 53 paragraph 4 of the Act on the Welfare of Workers Who Take Care of a Child or a Family Member, Including Child Care and Family Care Leave," and the term "order to abolish recruitment business with regard to said workers, or period" in Article 41 paragraph 2 of the same Act shall be deemed to be replaced with "period."発音を聞く  - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
