３　保障契約は、当該契約において一般船舶所有者等の第一項第一号に掲げる損害（同項各号に掲げる損害以外の一般船舶所有者等に生ずる損害を含むことができる。）をてん補するための保険金額又は賠償の義務の履行が担保されている額が、当該契約に係る一般船舶ごとに、責任制限法第三条第一項の規定に基づき当該一般船舶所有者等がその責任を制限することができる場合における責任の限度額（以下この条において「責任限度額」という。）に満たないものであつてはならず、かつ、当該契約において一般船舶所有者等の第一項第二号に掲げる損害をてん補するための保険金額又は当該一般船舶の撤去その他の措置に要する費用の支払が担保されている額が、当該契約に係る一般船舶ごとに、責任限度額に相当する額に満たないものであつてはならない。例文帳に追加
