Sec.134 Opposition Any person who believes that he would be damaged by the registration of a mark may, upon payment of the required fee and within thirty days after the publication referred to in Subsection 133.2, file with the Office an opposition to the application. Such opposition shall be in writing and verified by the oppositor or by any person on his behalf who knows the facts, and shall specify the grounds on which it is based and include a statement of the facts relied upon. Copies of certificates of registration of marks registered in other countries or other supporting documents mentioned in the opposition shall be filed therewith, together with the translation in English, if not in the English language. For good cause shown and upon payment of the required surcharge, the time for filing an opposition may be extended by the Director of Legal Affairs, who shall notify the applicant of such extension. 第134条 異議申立 ある標章の登録により害される虞があると考える者は，133.2に規定する公告の後30日以内に，庁に対し，所定の手数料を納付して当該出願に対する異議申立をすることができる。異議申立は，書面で行わなければならない。異議申立人又は事実を知るその代理人が，異議申立の理由を述べ，かつ，依拠する事実について陳述することにより異議申立について宣誓しなければならない。異議申立において引用する他国において登録された標章の登録証その他の立証資料の写は，それらが英語でない場合は英語による翻訳文を添えて異議申立とともに提出しなければならない。正当な理由があり，かつ，所定の割増手数料を納付した場合は，法務局長は異議申立書の提出期間を延長することができ，延長について当該出願人に通知する。異議申立書を提出するための最長の期間については，規則に定める。 - 特許庁
