ノルウェーにおいて周知の商標については，当該標識の使用が正当な理由なくその周知商標の識別性又は評判(営業権)を不当に利用する又はこれを害する場合は，商標権は，何人も商標所有者の同意なく，同一又は類似の商品又はサービスの商標と同一又は類似の標識を使用することができないことを意味する。例文帳に追加
