(1) 指定管理者は、申請人が商標弁護士として実務を行なう上で必要とされる知的財産権に関する法律の知識及び実務の知識を有すると委員会が認めた場合を除き、申請人による商標弁護士の資格申請を許可してはならない。例文帳に追加
