３　特別遺族給付金の支給に要する費用については、労災保険法による労働者災害補償保険事業の保険給付費とみなして、労働保険特別会計法（昭和四十七年法律第十八号）の規定を適用する。この場合において、同法第四条第二項第一号中「労災保険事業の保険給付費」とあるのは、「労災保険事業の保険給付費（石綿による健康被害の救済に関する法律第六十九条第三項の規定により労災保険事業の保険給付費とみなされた同法第五十九条第一項の特別遺族給付金の支給に要する費用を含む。）」とするほか、必要な技術的読替えは、政令で定める。例文帳に追加
