２　この法律において「資産の流動化」とは、一連の行為として、特定目的会社が資産対応証券の発行若しくは特定目的借入れにより得られる金銭をもって資産を取得し、又は信託会社（信託業法（平成十六年法律第百五十四号）第二条第二項に規定する信託会社をいう。以下同じ。）若しくは信託業務を営む銀行（銀行法（昭和五十六年法律第五十九号）第二条第一項に規定する銀行をいう。以下同じ。）その他の金融機関が資産の信託を受けて受益証券を発行し、これらの資産の管理及び処分により得られる金銭をもって、次の各号に掲げる資産対応証券、特定目的借入れ及び受益証券に係る債務又は出資について当該各号に定める行為を行うことをいう。例文帳に追加
