出願人が本法の規定により行われた出願を続行しない場合、登録官は、通知によって出願人に所定の期間内に懈怠を治癒するよう求めることができ、出願人が望む場合には聴聞の機会を与えた後、通知に記載する期間内に懈怠が治癒されない場合、その出願は放棄されたものとして取り扱う。例文帳に追加
