５　支給認定に係る障害者等が指定自立支援医療機関から指定自立支援医療を受けたときは、市町村等は、当該支給認定障害者等が当該指定自立支援医療機関に支払うべき当該指定自立支援医療に要した費用について、自立支援医療費として当該支給認定障害者等に支給すべき額の限度において、当該支給認定障害者等に代わり、当該指定自立支援医療機関に支払うことができる。例文帳に追加
