After the Head of the Department has appointed an expert, the parties thereto may object to his designation within five days from the resolution relative to his appointment, exclusively for one or more of the following grounds: a) by reason of having given a public opinion regarding the matter in question; b) by reason of relationship, friendship or overt enmity to one of the parties; c) on account of being unfit or incompetent in connection with the subject being put to his consideration; d) on account of having given professional services, in a dependent or independent capacity, to any of the parties in the last five years or of having maintained a commercial or business relationship with any of them during the same time period.発音を聞く 例文帳に追加
