効力を有する国際条約の規定は，在ジュネーヴの国際知的所有権機関 (WIPO)での標章の登録について引き続き効力を有するものとする。かかる標章を国内で保護することについて，在ジュネーヴの国際知的所有権機関 (WIPO)の公報に当該標章が公表された日から 1年以内に拒絶することができる。例文帳に追加

The provisions of the international conventions in force shall remain effective with respect to the registration of marks with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva.
