緊縮経済の英語

日本はこの問題について積極的に意見を述べておりますが、特に、IMFの政策勧告の内容及び手続きの改善方法について提言を行ってまいりました。IMFが各国の経済状況について評価し、政策のアドバイスを行うサーベイランスや、資金供与の前提となるプログラムは、設立以来の伝統を色濃く反映して、いまだに経常収支の調整を目指した緊縮的な財政・金融政策が中心となっています。しかし、現在の危機の多くが資本収支の大きな変化を主な要因として起きていることに鑑みると、国際的な資本移動への対応を中心に据えるという発想の転換を図りながら、新興市場国等へのIMFサーベイランスやプログラムを強化していく必要があります。このため、財政・金融のマクロ経済政策に加え、(1)国際的な資本移動への対応、(2)為替政策、(3)実体経済の把握の強化の3点に重点的に取り組むべきであります。例文帳に追加
