保険引受の決定の英語

第十五条　新保険業法第二編第十章第二節第二款第三目の規定は、施行日以後に新保険業法第二百七十条の四第六項の保険契約の引受けに関する契約を締結する日の決定をする場合における当該決定に係る保険契約の引受けについて適用し、施行日前に旧保険業法第二百七十条の四第六項の保険契約の引受けに関する契約を締結する日の決定をした場合における当該決定に係る保険契約の引受けについては、なお従前の例による。例文帳に追加

２　第二百七十条の三第三項の規定は引受機構が前項の決定をした場合について、同条第四項の規定は引受機構が前項の規定により資金援助を行うことを決定した場合について、それぞれ準用する。この場合において、同条第四項中「保険会社又は保険持株会社等のうち当該資金援助の当事者となるもの」とあるのは、「再移転先保険会社」と読み替えるものとする。例文帳に追加
