２　旧外国保険事業者法の免許を受けた外国保険会社等の日本における代表者がこの法律の施行の際現に旧外国保険事業者法第十七条第一項の規定により備え置いている定款又はこれに準ずる書類及び日本における社員の名簿は、新法第百九十六条第一項の規定により備え置かれているものとみなす。例文帳に追加

２　旧外国保険事業者法の免許を受けた外国保険会社等に係る旧外国保険事業者法第四条第四項第一号から第五号までに掲げる書類でこの法律の施行の際現に大蔵大臣に提出されているものは、新法第百八十七条第三項各号のうちそのそれぞれに相当する号に掲げる書類（旧外国保険事業者法第四条第四項第四号又は第五号に掲げる書類にあっては、新法第百八十七条第三項第四号に掲げる書類）とみなす。例文帳に追加

４　前項の場合において、当該旧外国保険事業者法の免許を受けた外国保険会社等が外国相互会社である場合における新法第百九十条第六項の規定の特例その他同条の規定の適用に関し必要な事項は、政令で定める。例文帳に追加
