五　受入れ機関が実施する研修の中に実務研修（商品を生産し若しくは販売する業務又は対価を得て役務の提供を行う業務に従事することにより技術、技能又は知識を修得する研修をいう。以下同じ。）が含まれている場合は、第六号の二に定める研修を受ける場合を除き、当該機関が次に掲げる要件に適合すること。ただし、受入れ機関が我が国の国若しくは地方公共団体の機関又は独立行政法人である場合その他法務大臣が告示をもって定める場合は、この限りでない。例文帳に追加
