先権原の英語

(1)及び(2)の適用上，出願の優先日の前6月の間の刊行物への記載又は公然実施は，出願人若しくはその前権原者により，若しくはこれらの同意を得て，行われた場合又は出願人若しくはその前権原者の権利に対する濫用による場合は，考慮に入れない。例文帳に追加

(2) 所有権の変更の公告においては，次のものを明示する。 (a) 当該保護の権原 (b) 出願日，優先日が存在する場合は優先日，及び登録又は付与の日 (c) 所有者及び新所有者，及び (d) 所有権の変更の内容例文帳に追加

(3) 本法による保護が請求されている意匠は，優先日(第32条)に先立つ12月の期間中に意匠創作者若しくはその権原承継人によって，又は当該意匠創作者若しくはその権原承継人が与えた情報若しくは行った行為の結果として第三者によって公衆の利用に供された場合は，公衆の利用に供されたとはみなされない。この規定は，当該意匠が意匠創作者又はその権原承継人に関する濫用の結果として公衆の利用に供されている場合にも適用する。例文帳に追加
