もう１点、関連なのですけれども、個別の開示もさることながら、今回の改正では、（役員報酬の）算定基準というか算定方法も説明するように求めているのですが、現状、今、出ている（開示している）企業さんの報告を見ますと、かなり明確な基準が出ている企業もあるのですけれども、大半は「状況に応じて決める」というようなことで、なかなか、投資家から見ても、「だからどうしてそういう報酬なのですか」というのが分からないようなものが多いのですけれども、これについては何か、政策意図と何かはずれているのではないかという気がするのですが…。例文帳に追加
