１９　日本郵政公社の総裁は、日本郵政公社職員について労働基準法第三十六条第一項本文の規定により同項に規定する労働時間を延長することができる場合において、当該日本郵政公社職員であって小学校就学の始期に達するまでの子を養育するもの（第十七条第一項の規定を適用するとしたならば同項各号のいずれにも該当しないものに限る。）が当該子を養育するために請求した場合で業務の運営に支障がないと認めるときは、その者について、制限時間を超えて当該労働時間を延長して勤務しないことを承認しなければならない。例文帳に追加
