(11) The term "Specified Facility" as used in this Act means a Fee-Based Home for the Elderly or other facility as determined by an Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare that is not a Community-Based Specified Facility as provided in this Article, paragraph (19) of this Act. The term "Daily Life Long-Term Care Admitted to a Specified Facility" as used in this Act means care for bathing, bodily waste elimination, meals, etc., and other care for performing daily activities that is as determined by an Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare, functional training, and medical care.
