七　経済産業大臣が必要があると認めて外国登録ガス用品検査機関に対しその業務に関し報告を求めた場合において、その報告がされず、又は虚偽の報告がされたとき。例文帳に追加

六　経済産業大臣が、外国登録ガス用品検査機関が前各号のいずれかに該当すると認めて、期間を定めて適合性検査の業務の全部又は一部の停止を請求した場合において、その請求に応じなかつたとき。例文帳に追加
