計器飛行資格の英語

第四十八条　学科試験に合格した者が、当該合格に係る資格と同じ資格の技能証明を同じ種類の航空機（航空工場整備士の資格にあつては、同じ種類の業務）について申請する場合又は法第三十三条第一項の航空英語能力証明、計器飛行証明若しくは操縦教育証明を申請する場合は、申請により、当該合格に係る前条の通知があつた日から二年以内に行われる学科試験を免除する。例文帳に追加
