第四十五条　国土交通大臣は、法第二十九条第一項（法第二十九条の二第二項、法第三十三条第三項及び法第三十四条第三項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定により試験を行う場合は、試験の期日及び場所、試験を行う技能証明の資格、第四十二条第一項の技能証明申請書、第五十七条第一項の技能証明限定変更申請書、第六十三条第一項の航空英語能力証明申請書又は第六十四条第一項の計器飛行証明申請書若しくは操縦教育証明申請書の提出時期その他必要な事項を官報で公示する。例文帳に追加
