(5) Where a person, who has obtained, prior to the enforcement of this Cabinet Order, permission under Article 10, item 2 or item 3 of the Import Trade Control Order prior to the revision, exports goods as permitted, and such export of goods is subject to Article 4, paragraph 1, item 2 or item 3 of the same Order after the revision, such person shall be deemed to have obtained import approval under the same items, except where that person has obtained import approval under Article 4, paragraph 1 of the same Order.
