(3) The provisions of Article 30(1) and the preceding Article and the provisions of Article 133 (Stating or Recording of Matters to Be Stated in Shareholder Registry at the Request of Shareholders) of the Companies Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case of placing Specified Equity in trust based on the provisions of paragraph (1).
