合理的確信の英語

最終規則の下では、合理的な原産国調査に基づき、発行人が(a)その紛争鉱物が対象国を原産国とするものではないと知っている、または再生利用品もしくはスクラップ起源であると知っている場合、(b)その紛争鉱物が対象国を原産国とする可能性があると確信する理由がない場合、または(c)その紛争鉱物が再生利用品もしくはスクラップ起源であると合理的に確信している場合、当該発行人は、FormSDの本文に、その判断を開示し、行った合理的な原産国調査とその結果を簡単に説明しなければならない。例文帳に追加
