イ　その年度において事業活動に伴い取り扱う第一種指定化学物質（当該年度において事業活動に伴い取り扱う製品（法第二条第五項第一号に規定する製品をいう。ロにおいて同じ。）に含有されるものを含む。）であって、特定第一種指定化学物質（別表第一第三十三号、第五十六号、第七十五号、第八十八号、第九十四号、第二百四十三号、第三百五号、第三百九号、第三百三十二号、第三百五十一号、第三百八十五号、第三百九十四号、第三百九十七号、第四百号及び第四百十一号に掲げる第一種指定化学物質をいう。ロにおいて同じ。）以外のもののいずれかの質量（その第一種指定化学物質が次の（１）から（１６）までに掲げるものであるときは、当該第一種指定化学物質が含有するそれぞれ（１）から（１６）までに定める物質の質量。次条において「第一種指定化学物質量」という。）が一トン以上である事業所を有していること。例文帳に追加
