２　国土交通大臣は、国際民間航空条約の締約国たる外国の政府であつて、第四十六条の規定による試験と同等又はそれ以上の試験を行うと国土交通大臣が認めるものが授与した航空業務の技能に係る資格証書を有する者については、申請により、試験の全部を行わないで技能証明、技能証明の限定の変更、航空英語能力証明又は計器飛行証明を行うことができる。例文帳に追加
