Article 2 A person who, before April 1, 1995, was certified by a prefectural governor pursuant to the provision of Article 13-3, paragraph (4), item (i) of the Fire Service Act prior to revision (hereinafter referred to as the "former Act" in this Article) (or, a person who was certified by a person designated by the Minister of Home Affairs, in cases where the prefectural governor has entrusted a person designated by the Minister of Home Affairs pursuant to the provision of Article 13-5, paragraph (1) of the former Act to conduct the affairs related to the implementation of a hazardous materials engineer's qualification examination) shall be deemed to be a person specified by an Ordinance of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications set forth in Article 13-3, paragraph (4), item (i) of the Fire Service Act revised by the Act for Enforcement of Acts Related to the Central Government Reform (Act No. 160 of 1999) (hereinafter referred to as the "new Act" in this Article) in relation to the examination for such certification; and a person who, before April 1, 1995, was certified by a prefectural governor pursuant to the provision of Article 17-8, paragraph (4), item (iii) of the former Act (or, a person who was certified by a person designated by the Minister of Home Affairs, in cases where the prefectural governor has entrusted a person designated by the Minister of Home Affairs pursuant to the provision of Article 17-9, paragraph (1) of the former Act to conduct the affairs related to the implementation of a fire defense equipment officer's qualification examination) shall be deemed to be a person specified in Article 17-8, paragraph (4), item (iii) of the new Act in relation to the examination for such certification.発音を聞く 例文帳に追加

第二条　平成七年四月一日前に、改正前の消防法（以下この条において「旧法」という。）第十三条の三第四項第一号の規定に基づいて都道府県知事が認定した者（都道府県知事が旧法第十三条の五第一項の規定に基づき自治大臣の指定する者に危険物取扱者試験の実施に関する事務を行わせている場合にあつては、当該自治大臣の指定する者が認定した者）は当該認定に係る試験については中央省庁等改革関係法施行法（平成十一年法律第百六十号）による改正後の消防法（以下この条において「新法」という。）第十三条の三第四項第一号の総務省令で定める者と、旧法第十七条の八第四項第三号の規定に基づいて都道府県知事が認定した者（都道府県知事が旧法第十七条の九第一項の規定に基づき自治大臣の指定する者に消防設備士試験の実施に関する事務を行わせている場合にあつては、当該自治大臣の指定する者が認定した者）は当該認定に係る試験については新法第十七条の八第四項第三号に掲げる者とそれぞれみなす。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
