(i) the deposit for the purposes of this Act, the Budapest Treaty, or both, of micro-organisms with prescribed depositary institutions and the storage and testing of, and furnishing of samples of, micro-organisms by those institutions; and (ii) the charging of fees by prescribed depositary institutions situated in Australia in relation to the matters described in subparagraph (i); and (iii) the making of reports by prescribed depositary institutions situated in Australia in relation to those matters; and (iv) the powers and functions of the Commissioner in relation to prescribed depositary institutions with respect to those matters; and (t) modifying the operation of this Act in relation to PCT applications that are treated as patent applications under this Act by excluding, varying, or substituting different provisions for, specified provisions of this Act; and (u) making provision for and in relation to the destruction of documents relating to applications for patents filed not less than 25 years before the time of destruction; and (w) making provision for and in relation to the refund, in specified circumstances, of the whole or part of a fee paid in respect of the filing of a document; and (y) making provision for and in relation to the remission of, or the exemption of specified classes of persons from the payment of, the whole or part of a fee; and (z) prescribing penalties for offences against the regulations not exceeding a fine of $1,000; and (za) making such transitional and savings provisions as are necessary or convenient as a result of the repeal of the 1952 Act and the enactment of this Act.発音を聞く 例文帳に追加
