(2) Where two or more buildings are combined into a single building and there is no heading registration for any of the buildings that existed prior to the combination, the provisions of Article 47 and of paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of the preceding Article shall apply mutatis mutandis to an application for a heading registration relating to those buildings.
