Article 49 (1) With regard to those Agreements, contracts and other concerted activities (hereinafter referred to as "Concerted Activities" in this Article) listed in the items of Article 12-3 of the Former Act (including the cases where it is applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 19 of the Act on Foreign Insurance Business Operators to be repealed under Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Foreign Insurance Business Operators Act")) which have been entered into by the time when this Act enters into force by those Insurance Companies Licensed under the Former Act which shall be deemed to have obtained the non-life insurance business license set forth in Article 3, paragraph (5) of the Current Act pursuant to the provision of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions and those foreign insurance business operators prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Former Foreign Insurance Operators Act (hereinafter referred to as "Non-Life Insurance Companies, etc. Licensed under the Former Act" in this Article) which shall be deemed to have obtained the foreign non-life insurance business license set forth in Article 185, paragraph (5) of the Current Act pursuant to the provision of Article 72 of the Supplementary Provisions, with other Non-Life Insurance Companies, etc. Licensed under the Former Act, the provisions of Article 12-3 to 12-7 inclusive of the Former Act (including the cases where they are applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 19 of the Former Foreign Insurance Business Operators Act) (including the penal provisions pertaining thereto) shall remain in force for a period of two years counting from the Effective Date, provided that all of the Non-Life Insurance Companies, etc. Licensed under the Former Act involved in the Concerted Activities have notified the Minister of Finance pursuant to the provisions of the applicable Ordinance of the Ministry of Finance within three months from the Effective Date.発音を聞く  - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
