３　前条第一項又は第二項の表の第三区分以外の区分に該当する銀行の貸借対照表又は銀行及びその子会社等に係るこれらの会社について連結して記載した貸借対照表の資産の部に計上されるべき金額の合計額がこれらの貸借対照表の負債の部に計上されるべき金額の合計額を下回る場合又は下回ると見込まれる場合には、当該銀行について、当該区分に応じた命令は、同条第一項又は第二項の表の第三区分に掲げる命令を含むものとする。例文帳に追加

３　前条第一項の表の第三区分以外の区分に該当する銀行持株会社及びその子会社等に係るこれらの会社について連結して記載した貸借対照表の資産の部に計上されるべき金額の合計額が当該貸借対照表の負債の部に計上されるべき金額の合計額を下回る場合又は下回ると見込まれる場合には、当該銀行持株会社について、当該区分に応じた命令は、同表の第三区分に掲げる命令を含むものとする。例文帳に追加
