３　法務大臣は、前項の許可をする場合には、入国審査官に、当該許可に係る外国人が旅券を所持しているときは旅券に記載された在留資格及び在留期間をまつ消させた上当該旅券に永住許可の証印をさせ、旅券を所持していないときは永住を許可された旨を記載した在留資格証明書を交付させるものとする。この場合において、その許可は、当該証印又は交付のあつた時に、その効力を生ずる。例文帳に追加
