２　前項に規定する場合の外、労働委員会が公共職業安定所に対し、事業所において、同盟罷業又は作業所閉鎖に至る虞の多い争議が発生していること及び求職者を無制限に紹介することによつて、当該争議の解決が妨げられることを通報した場合においては、公共職業安定所は当該事業所に対し、求職者を紹介してはならない。但し、当該争議の発生前、通常使用されていた労働者の員数を維持するため必要な限度まで労働者を紹介する場合は、この限りでない。例文帳に追加
