２　前項の規定による指定がされた場合には、指定管理団体は、権利者のために自己の名をもつて私的録音録画補償金を受ける権利に関する裁判上又は裁判外の行為を行う権限を有する。例文帳に追加

２　前項の認可があつたときは、私的録音録画補償金の額は、第三十条第二項の規定にかかわらず、その認可を受けた額とする。例文帳に追加
