Article 9 When a marine vessel enters a quarantine area or any place specified by provision in Paragraph 3 of the preceding article for quarantine purpose, the master of such marine vessel shall, until a quarantine certificate or a provisional quarantine certificate has been received, display a quarantine signal pursuant to the provision of an Ordinance of the Health, Labour and Welfare Ministry.
