第二条　この法律において「特定大学技術移転事業」とは、大学（学校教育法（昭和二十二年法律第二十六号）第一条に規定する大学及び高等専門学校並びに国立大学法人法（平成十五年法律第百十二号）第二条第四項に規定する大学共同利用機関をいう。以下同じ。）における技術に関する研究成果（以下「特定研究成果」という。）について、特定研究成果に係る特許権その他の政令で定める権利のうち国以外の者に属するものについての譲渡、専用実施権の設定その他の行為により、特定研究成果の活用を行うことが適切かつ確実と認められる民間事業者に対し移転する事業であって、当該大学における研究の進展に資するものをいう。例文帳に追加
