２　荷主は、前年度における前項の政令で定めるところにより算定した貨物輸送事業者に輸送させる貨物の輸送量が同項の政令で定める量以上であるときは、経済産業省令で定めるところにより、その輸送量に関し、経済産業省令で定める事項を経済産業大臣に届け出なければならない。ただし、同項の規定により指定された荷主（以下「特定荷主」という。）については、この限りでない。例文帳に追加
