Article 82-8 With regard to an FSBA, the provisions of Article 10-2, Article 34-2, and Article 40 (excluding paragraph (1), paragraphs (6) to (9), and paragraph (13)) shall apply mutatis mutandis; with regard to the president, directors, and auditors, the provisions of Article 35, paragraph (3) and paragraphs (7) to (13), Article 35-2, Article 35-3, Article 36 (excluding paragraph (5)), and Article 36-3, paragraph (1) shall apply mutatis mutandis; with regard to the president, the provisions of Article 38 of this Act and Article 44, paragraph (1) (Capacity of Juridical Person to Commit Tortious Acts) and Article 55 (Delegation of Director's Authority) of the Civil Code shall apply mutatis mutandis; with regard to directors, the provisions of Article 40, paragraphs (7) to (9) shall apply mutatis mutandis; and with regard to auditors, the provisions of Article 37, paragraph (1) shall apply mutatis mutandis.
