８　法務大臣は、第一項の難民旅行証明書の交付を受けている者が日本国の利益又は公安を害する行為を行うおそれがあると認めるときは、その者が本邦にある間において、法務省令で定めるところにより、その者に対して、期限を付して、その所持する難民旅行証明書の返納を命ずることができる。例文帳に追加
