Article 5 (1) The Cabinet shall provide for a Cabinet Order concerning necessary matters for the maintenance of ethics pertaining to the duties of officials, taking into account the ethical principles listed in Article 3 (hereinafter referred to as the "National Public Service Ethics Code").
