２　旅客輸送事業者は、旅客輸送区分ごとに前年度の末日における前項の政令で定める輸送能力が同項の政令で定める基準以上であるときは、国土交通省令で定めるところにより、その輸送能力に関し、当該旅客輸送区分ごとに、国土交通省令で定める事項を国土交通大臣に届け出なければならない。ただし、同項の規定により指定された旅客輸送事業者（以下「特定旅客輸送事業者」という。）の当該指定に係る旅客輸送区分については、この限りでない。例文帳に追加

３　特定旅客輸送事業者は、当該指定に係る旅客輸送区分につき、次の各号のいずれかに掲げる事由が生じたときは、国土交通省令で定めるところにより、国土交通大臣に、当該旅客輸送区分に係る指定を取り消すべき旨の申出をすることができる。例文帳に追加
