（４）　信託財産の総額のうちに、一の法人その他の団体（以下この号において「法人等」という。）が発行し、又は取り扱う有価証券等（国債証券、政府保証債及び返済までの期間（貸付けを行う当該証券投資信託の受託者である会社が休業している日を除く。）が五日以内のコールローン（以下この号において「特定コールローン」という。）を除く。）であつて、二以上の指定格付機関から特定格付のうち第二位以上の特定格付が付与された長期有価証券及び特定格付のうち第一位の特定格付が付与された短期有価証券並びに証券投資信託の委託会社がこれらの特定格付が付与された有価証券と同等以上に安全に運用できる対象と認めたもの（以下この号において「適格有価証券等」という。）の当該信託財産の総額の計算の基礎となつた価額の占める割合が、百分の五以下であること。例文帳に追加
