保存期間検査の英語

主務大臣は、届出事業者に対し、基準不適合な特定製品を製造又は輸入した場合において、一般消費者の生命又は身体に対する危害の発生を防止するため特に必要があると認めるとき、検査記録の作成・保存を行わず又は特別特定製品にあっては適合性検査を受けずに製造又は輸入したとき等の当該違反に係る特定製品の属する型式について、１年以内の期間を定めて表示を付することを禁止することができる。（法第１５条）例文帳に追加

In the case where a notified business operator manufactured or imported specified products that fail to conform to the requirements and has committed such violation as failing to prepare or preserve an inspection record or manufacturing or importing the special specified products without receiving a conformity inspection, the competent minister may, when he/she finds it particularly necessary to prevent the occurrence of danger to the lives or bodies of general consumers, prohibit the notified business operator from placing a label on the specified products of the type pertaining to such violation , for a period of not more than one year to be designated by the competent minister (Article 15).発音を聞く  - 経済産業省

Article 9 (1) When the Electrical Appliances and Materials that are set forth in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article and manufactured or imported by a Notifying Supplier (excluding Electrical Appliances and Materials manufactured or imported through application of the proviso to said paragraph) are Specified Electrical Appliances and Materials, the Notifying Supplier shall, before their sale, have them inspected with respect to the following items (hereinafter referred to as a "Conformity Inspection") by an organization registered with the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry pursuant to the provisions of the following paragraph, and shall obtain and retain the certificate set forth in said paragraph; provided, however, that this shall not apply in the case where the certificate set forth in said paragraph pertaining to item (ii) has already been obtained and retained for a Specified Electrical Appliance and Material of the same product type as said Specified Electrical Appliance and Material and the period specified by Cabinet Order for each Specified Electrical Appliance and Material, calculated from the day on which said certificate was obtained, has not yet lapsed, or in the case where documentation specified by Ordinance of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as the equivalent of the certificate set forth in said paragraph is retained:発音を聞く  - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム

Article 39-11 (1) A Notifying Manufacturer/Importer shall, if the Gas Equipment prescribed in paragraph 1 of the preceding Article that the Notifying Manufacturer/Importer manufactures or imports (excluding, however, that manufactured or imported pursuant to the proviso of the said paragraph) falls into the category of Specified Gas Equipment, before selling the Specified Gas Equipment, undergo an inspection prescribed in the next paragraph by a person registered by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry (hereinafter referred to as a "Conformity Inspection") with respect to the matters listed in the following items and obtain a certificate set forth in the said paragraph, and preserve such certificate; provided, however, that this shall not apply where the Notifying Manufacturer/Importer has already obtained and currently preserves a certificate set forth in the said paragraph pertaining to the matters listed in item 2 with respect to Specified Gas Equipment of the same model as that of the Specified Gas Equipment concerned, before the lapse of a period specified by a Cabinet Order for the respective category of Specified Gas Equipment from the day when the certificate was issued, or where the Notifying Manufacturer/Importer preserves any instrument specified by an Ordinance of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as being equivalent to the certificate set forth in the said paragraph.発音を聞く  - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
