第百四十二条　第二十八条の二、第三十条から第三十二条まで、第三十六条、第三十七条及び第百六条第二項の規定は、指定校正機関及び特定標準器による校正等に準用する。この場合において、これらの規定中「都道府県知事又は特定市町村の長」とあるのは「経済産業大臣」と、第二十八条の二中「第二十条第一項」とあるのは「第百三十五条第一項」と、第三十七条中「第二十八条第一号から第五号まで」とあるのは「第百四十条第二号から第四号まで」と読み替えるものとする。例文帳に追加
